PPIHC 2017 - Update 8

FIRST PLACE ELECTRIC. SECOND PLACE PIKES PEAK CHALLENGE. ELEVENTH MOTORCYCLE OVERALL.

What a ride. After weeks of testing, tuning, and tweaking in Colorado, Buckeye Current and their rider Rob Barber finished with a time of 10:55.500 at the 2017 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. While the time is still short of the team’s goals, the results speak for themselves, and Rob’s grin coming down the mountain was a testament to the bike’s performance on race day. Kudos to the Buckeye Current members who give up countless hours and many sleepless nights to the team and a huge thank you to our sponsors and supporters. Without you, none of this would be possible.

Another year is in the books and the team is on its way back to Columbus. We’re excited to tear into this year’s race data and are already making plans for next year.

Stay tuned – you won’t want to miss what’s next.
